We specialize in hot packing maple syrup, but are capable of blending, mixing and copacking other liquids and fluids into consumer and foodservice containers. Our flexible and fast approach to working with small and large customers is how we demonstrate value. We do not insist on large minimum order quantities. We help our customers with freight solutions and we believe in lasting business relationships.

Co-packing & private labels

South Ridge Maple provides co-packing services through its sister company South Ridge Packing Co. Ltd.

Co-packing customers receive all the benefits of advanced food safety and quality control along with the benefits of lean manufacturing on a small to medium sized scale.
South Ridge is able to copack for other maple syrup producers and is committed to maintaining product integrity through careful management of syrup inventories. South Ridge packs private label syrups to meet the specifications of distributors and retailers in Canada and around the world.


South Ridge understands the requirements of modern food retailer and distributors. In addition to our commitment to first pass quality, we continuously self-audit our processes and procedures under the BRC food safety program. Below are certifications we maintain and are inspected for annually:
